KRISTHIELEE CARIDE LOSES CASE, DEFINITLY LOSES CROWN

Kristhielee Caride will never wear the crown of Miss Puerto Rico Universe 2016 after the judge Eduardo Rebollo Casalduc failed with "no grounds" to the claim for breach of contract and contractual damages presented by the young against the firm PR Crown Entertainment -conformada by Luisito Vigoreaux, Desirée Lowry and Roberto Cardona.

In the written decision the judge of the Court of First Instance in Bayamon gave good action of holders of the franchise local contest to dismiss the young after this allegedly failed to perform its responsibilities queen, especially when in an interview with El Nuevo Dia looked haggard and said to be uncomfortable with the cameras.

"After evaluated all documentary and witness evidence, the court concludes that Miss Caride Santiago, due to its problem of attitude and conduct, breached several clauses of the queen, such as clause 20, 35 and 37. This behavior adversely affect the orderly march and normal operation of the company PR Crown. While Miss Caride Santiago got a right to represent Puerto Rico in the international Miss Universe pageant, that right was subject to the fulfillment of this with the provisions of Reina Contract signed on November 12, 2015, "states the sentence.
