Nora Xu, 19, was crowned Miss Universe China! Congratulations to her. The pageant was held on September 13 at Shangri-la Pudong Shanghai. She is from Luoyang, Henan. Nora will represent China at Miss Universe 2015 in city of Doral on January 18, 2015. It will be the 63rd Miss Universe pageant, Gabriela Isler of Venezuela will crown her successor at end of the event.
