There are those who claim that the best fragrances come in small packages. Well, in Honduras they seem to agree with it. Super short Jennifer Andrade, 23, and 1.54 m-tall ,was the winner of Miss Honduras Universe pageant and will compete internationally in December, probably in the Dominican Republic.
