Camila Vezzoso (18) is "Miss Uruguay Universe 2012". Compete in "Miss Universe 2012" in December. 

Valentina Henderson (18) is "Miss Mundo Uruguay 2012." Participate in "Miss World 2012" in Ordos, China in August. 

The event as special guests were invited current representatives of Ecuador, Peru and Paraguay to Miss Universe 2012 Carolina Aguirre, Nicole Faverón and Egni Eckert.
